It is with great pleasure that I offer to all readers this testimonial on behalf of R.E.S. Woodworking LLC and Mr. Ray Swan. My wife and I believe that the motto should be “professional, efficient, affordable, high quality workmanship with a positive, polite attitude guaranteed”. These are all the qualities that helped us to make our decision to have Ray remodel our kitchen and bath in the summer of 2003 and they are the qualities that mark the kitchen/bath and the experience that we had throughout the remodeling process.
Ray and his company took a 1960’s drab, ill-designed and barely functional kitchen and created for us a kitchen where we entertain family and friends, converse with one another and watch our children draw and do homework as opposed to the kitchen that we use to avoid. While the cramped bathroom has now become the master bath with a make up area that my wife deserved and now has a result of Ray’s working for us.
From planning stage to completion, R.E.S. Woodworking listened patiently to our vision and then respectfully offered suggestions and guidance based on their experience and know how. Our kitchen and bath became reality because of Ray’s craftsmanship, his knowledge of the products currently available to consumers as well as his willingness to be honest and upfront with respect to his perspective with regard to our vision. He did not try to “sell” us (for lack of a better word) anything that we didn’t truly need. He respected our wishes but offered his experience. Together the finished product is exactly what we wanted. It has completely changed the way we view our home and in many instances the way visitors view our home.
It is difficult to truly capture the full extent of the impact that the work done by Ray has had on our family’s life. I know that it might sound overly dramatic to talk in those terms but dramatic is exactly the change that occurred in our home and we are pleased beyond words with the change.
If the old adage that a picture is worth a thousand words wasn’t coined so long ago then it would have been after seeing the work done to our home by R.E.S Woodworking and Ray Swan. We invite, no welcome you, to contact us should you have the wonderful occasion of talking with Ray about having him do work for you. You can rest assured that you will not have made a poor decision; to the contrary you will have made the only decision.
